1.1 The overall dimensions of the blanket are 1600mm*1600mm.

The structure of the blanket from outside to inside is: 3 layers of woven fabric + 50 layers of polyethylene fiber weftless fabric + 3 layers of woven fabric. There is a vent hole with a diameter of 330mm in the middle of the blanket.

1.2 The height of the outer fence is 150mm and the diameter is 630mm.

The cross-sectional structure of the fence from outside to inside is: 10mm thick polyethylene fiber without weft cloth + 1 layer of 0.5mm thick PC board + 0.3mm thick polyethylene fiber without weft cloth + 5 layers of woven fabric.

1.3 The height of the inner fence is 300mm and the inner diameter is 440mm.

The cross-sectional structure of the fence from outside to inside is: 20mm thick polyethylene fiber without weft cloth + 1 layer of 0.5mm thick PC board + 6.5mm thick polyethylene fiber without weft cloth + 5 layers of woven fabric.

2. Product features

2.1 The product has been tested to meet all requirements in the "GA69-2007" standard, including the waterproof, flame retardant, and tensile properties of the jacket fabric;

Water resistance of jacket material: resistance to hydrostatic pressure >12kPa;

The breaking strength of the jacket material: warp direction: 2000N, weft direction: 1380N;

The tearing strength of the jacket material: warp direction: 252N, weft direction: 162N;

2.2 Explosion-proof performance:

With the explosion source as the center, a simulated target with a radius of 3000mm and a height of 1700mm is formed. When the explosive source (82-2 standard grenade) detonates, there are no penetration holes in the simulated target;

When the 200g TNT explosive detonates, there are no penetration holes in the simulated target;

2.3 It can effectively protect against damage caused by shock waves and debris generated by explosives to surrounding people, valuables and special public places;

2.4 It is mainly used for temporary isolation of explosives, temporary storage and disposal of explosives and protection. It is a necessary equipment for explosion prevention in public security, armed police, civil aviation, railways, ports customs, etc.
