This order hasn't arrived yet, it is too early for that but my experience with Lightinthebox has been very good so far. If it hadn't been good I would have stopped ordering, the only thing I don't trust is their description of jewellery, that is often incorrect. Other than that I am very happy with Lightinthebox.
I was looking for items to complete our Halloween costumes and they had item I couldn't find anywhere. The shipping takes some time but the items arrived within the window provided at time of ordering.

Have ordered the HK9 there and are very satisfied with it. Service is good. Only a minus point, the delivery takes a very long time. If you already see that from ordering to delivery at the airport before departure takes 5 days and then there are another 2 days before the plane departs. With another site (will not mention a name) I would have it at home in a maximum of 8 days. That I for me the only minus point. Furthermore, the stuff is great and the service too.

I bought a 3-piece suit and it arrived in the estimated time. The colour was a little more dull than expected from the pictures but totally acceptable. The quality is nice for the price I paid, and the sizes correspond with the size chart. Would probably buy here again.

Often the packaging is not adequate to contend with the Spanish postal service or couriers. Occasionally items arrive chipped, bent or cosmetically damaged. It's just not worth complaining as any replacement will arrive in the same condition.

They told me I had to have all original packaging and tags and the receipt. I did not get a receipt nor did I get tags so good buy to that idea. O yes they have the quick refund deal too, I keep the items that are garbage to me and they will refund me 30% of what I spent. Do not waste your money folks. Amazon and others are way more credible. Received my order in a remote village in Mexico--dirt roads gets you to my house. Everything came as ordered. Loved the polo shirt and the socks are amazing. One size fits all and they stretch perfectly to fit. Will definitely keep ordering ion future.
Usually good, occasionally sizes incorrect, if print on a shirt looks shiny in the picture it is not but I know that so that's not a problem. Most jewellery is not very good, though some is nice. Bought a few things that were described as silver with stone and that's what it looked like in the picture but it was very, very cheap metal with plastic, the pictures were of completely different items, the real thing looked nothing like that. So, in general I would say: Don't buy their jewellery
Hello, I bought a few things and the quality was not very good and the sizing was totally wrong. I also bought a cellular charger and the battery inside was not soldered correctly. Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

Dear Team Your Service is very friendly. But does not have the competence it should have as to complaints. I put so many clothes and also shoes into the bin and mentioned this so many times, but nothing really happened, only Blabla. I won't do your job to add the review details, you can easily find out, KI is your perfect Partner. In General, it is my humble opinion, you're just fishing customers. Unfortunately. Few of the products offered on your platform are really nice. Like 1920 resembling dresses and accessories. Most of shoes, pullovers and underwear. Especially nylons are of extraordinary quality! On the other hand, rubbish quality is on offer, plastic shirts, trousers… and As I said, I complained about quality etc. but I feel and felt lost. As you can't really return the products. The shirt that I received (for a wedding) was a different uglier colour and the material was cheap and thick (see attached product that I received) - nothing like the photo and description of the advert (see attached pic). Even the company's returns policy is fake. On requesting a return I was offered 30% of the 30 euros that I have wasted on this inferior product. After many weeks I am still fighting for a full 100% refund. I had to buy a shirt from another company for the wedding as I cannot trust this company. LightinTheBox is a total rip off and a nightmare to deal with. Avoid like the plague!

I ordered this dress in size large, it fit but was just a little tight, I returned for an exchange for the XL. It was a fast exchange process and the XL fit. The dress is exactly as pictured, beautiful and good quality! I should have looked at the sizing chart before ordering. It definitely is true to size off of their chart.

Paid for a pair of Cargo Shorts on May 30th. They said it was delivered on June 28th. Problem is, I never got it as it was delivered to the wrong address. PayPal refuses to refund my money. Stay away from LightInTheBox and PayPal.

I purchased a printed shirt from LightInTheBox about a month ago. The design was unique and absolutely unique, no easy feat in an age of generic, mass produced designs. I got a lot of great comments and questions such as, where did you get this great shirt? I've since then ordered more articles of clothing as well as accessories that are unique and eye catching. I have ordered several items of clothing with them and the following ups have been clear quick and punctual. You can rest assured they will do all they can to make things right if the client is unsatisfied.
One of the items I ordered did not match the description of size and was to big, another a pair of shoes just did not fit very well. When I registered a return, I had to take pictures to show that the description did not match the actual size, that is doable for a dress, but not for a pair of shoes. I was able to take pictures of the dress and return was accepted for this, but not for the shoes. BUT they give a credit to the store instead of returning the actual money to my credit card. I have asked to get the money back to my credit card, with no luck so far. Really poor customer service!
I have ordered several times (men's and women's clothes) and everything went great. The products are from good quality and the prices are great. One product could not be delivered because of such a great demand- so I was offered to cancel the order and get a refund or to change the order to another product. I changed to another cheaper product and received the remaining money as a refund. The order and payment is trustworthy. The delivery is reliable.
Camera did not work delivery takes for ever, ok yes they took care of the not working item but when you read that it was cleared by quality control. Why can't you use delivery like Shean where I can order and collect in 7 days LIB have not even shipped in 7 days. Apart from that all good.
