1,000 Volt, 50 amp bridge rectifier kinda looks very, very high for a 20 watt total load. Using the 12 volt automotive LEDs shouldn't be more than 2 amps.
You can see the information in the diagram. I am not an electrician. My primary concern is to protect the engine motor. Everything else can be replaced relatively cheaply.
