How to return an order or product?An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is required for returns. To obtain an RMM number, please contact customer service.Please write your RMA number clearly on the box and shipping label of the returned items.Product must be returned within 30 days of shipment at the customer's expense and be in its original packaging and in resalable condition.Any approved refunds will be made using your original payment method.Canadian Safety Supplies reserves the right to refuse any return without an RMA number (return merchandise authorization).Unauthorized returns or returns without an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number will not be refunded.Please contact customer service for more information on returning an item. How to cancel or return an order?Any cancellation or return must be approved by Canadian Safety Supplies (at its discretion), be accompanied by proof of purchase and may be subject to restocking fees and other charges. Any returns due to shipping errors, damage or loss must be reported to Canadian Safety Supplies immediately.Orders for fire extinguishers and hazardous products will be considered final sale (no refunds or returns).

IMPORTANT NOTICE - Annual Inventory - We will be closing for our Annual Inventory from November 4-6, there will be no processing or shipping of orders on those days. Our last shipping date will be Thursday Oct 31st, we resume normal business hours on November 7th . Any orders received during our Annual inventory period will be processed upon our re-opening.

Item received incorrect or damaged?If you have received an incorrect or damaged product, please contact our customer service and we will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and arrange the return at our expense. Refunds for damaged or incorrect product will include shipping costs.If you wish to return your purchase for any other reason, you will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Restocking fees of up to 15% may apply. Refunds in this case will not include shipping costs.
